Useful automation starts with clear control

Automation works best when everyone knows its boundaries. Before an agent acts for your business, we agree what it may do, what information it can use and where responsibility passes to a person.

Define the work before the automation

Start with a specific task: answer routine service questions, handle a permitted booking change or prepare a content draft. Confirm the business information and systems it needs, then set the permissions for that task.

Different tasks can have different approval rules. A draft can wait for review; a routine action can run within agreed settings. A sensitive request or exception goes to a person.

Make the human role explicit

“Human handover” needs an owner. Your proposal should say whether OneSync’s managed team or your own staff handles a given case, what coverage is included and how the necessary context reaches them.

For managed content and campaigns, our people prepare and review the work, then seek the agreed approval before publication. For customer requests, the responsible person continues from the conversation and relevant records.

Review the work as the business changes

Opening hours change. Services change. So do customer needs. Keeping business information current and reviewing the work are part of ongoing operations.

OneSync combines agents with people for that reason. Your agreed scope brings automation settings, managed delivery and human responsibility into one plan. Additional work and integrations are confirmed separately.

Available capabilities and managed services depend on your region and agreed scope.
