- Grades and course certificates. We will ask if we wonder.
- Guessing which role it is for. There is no advertised one.
How we read it
Work before education
We look at what you have done and how you describe it, not at where you studied.
No test before we have talked
We do not ask anyone to build something unpaid to earn a conversation.
