Careers

What we read,
and what we skip.

We have no advertised roles right now. A spontaneous application is still worth sending — this page says what is worth including, what you can leave out, and what happens next.

What to send

  • What you would do here, concretely. One sentence is enough.
  • Something you built or ran — a link, a repo, a site, a campaign.
  • A CV if you have one. No template and no cover letter.
  • Where you live and how you want to work.

What you can leave out

  • A three-paragraph cover letter. The link says more.
  • Grades and course certificates. We will ask if we wonder.
  • Guessing which role it is for. There is no advertised one.

How we read it

Work before education

We look at what you have done and how you describe it, not at where you studied.

No test before we have talked

We do not ask anyone to build something unpaid to earn a conversation.

It goes to a real inbox

The same address as everything else on this site: info@onesync.se. We are a small team, so a reply can take a while — but it is not an automated mailbox.

About open roles

Advertised roles are published on the careers page. There is no mailing list to join — the page is the list, and it changes when something changes.

Send it.

The email opens with the subject filled in and the points above as a template. Attach a CV if you have one.
