OneSync, explained

How OneSync works

OneSync gives businesses an AI-powered digital operations team, backed by people. We automate what should be automated and manage what still needs people.

One connected way of working

OneSync connects business information, customer conversations and the next step. The platform can bring together websites, Google and AI visibility, customer chat, booking requests, CRM, campaigns, staff work and reporting. Available modules, channels and integrations depend on the package and agreed setup.

AI uses approved business information and supported actions. Our team handles the agreed content, campaigns, customer support, escalations and improvement work. Permissions, approvals and human coverage define what happens when a request needs a person.

The work is agreed before launch

We start by reviewing your business and a practical customer workflow. Then we agree the channels, actions, human coverage and approval rules, connect the website and supported systems, and operate the agreed service with reporting and improvements.

Your business keeps control of the information and permissions. A proposed booking action or change to a customer record depends on the connected system and approved rules. Staffing, response hours, page counts and revision allowances are agreed before work starts.

Built around the business you already run

The same connected approach can support salons and wellness businesses, restaurants and hospitality, professional services, tourism, clinics and dental practices. These are examples of business types, not promises of results or a claim that every module suits every industry.

The website, booking or enquiry flow and follow-up are configured around your actual services. Service scope, access to systems and any industry-specific requirements are defined for each client. Search and AI visibility work does not guarantee rankings, mentions or sales.

Introduce the client. OneSync handles delivery.

The independent partner model is for consultants, agencies, creators, freelancers and business networks. You introduce a business that could benefit; OneSync handles the proposal, setup, agreed support and ongoing delivery.

A written agreement confirms any commission rate, qualification rules, payout conditions and duration. Commission depends on eligible payments OneSync has actually received and the agreed subscription terms. Unpaid amounts do not earn commission; refunds may reverse it. There is no guaranteed income or employment relationship. Partners need the appropriate legal right to operate independently.

OneSync’s DET / SME in a Box document is a partnership proposal, not an approved partnership or government endorsement. Proposed sponsored places and member discounts are not a launched public offer.
